You must notify us immediately if you notice anything that is not correct or if an item is damaged.<br>If a package has visible damage to the exterior when it arrives, take a picture before opening. Also take photos of the interior condition before removing any items. If any item is damaged, take photos of the packing materials, how it was packed and the specific damage to the item.<br>Save all packing materials<br>. Carriers use these photos to determine liability and they can do it much faster with good documentation. If you think the item was packed negligently it’s ok to tell me so. When a claim is filed the carrier determines the outcome, not me. As for our record… we have been doing this since 2007 and we have never refused a return/refund.<br>Change Policy<br>Typically our policy is to leave an item listed, as posted, for the full time of the listing without making customer request changes to the listing.
